Random Impulse has to be one of the most talented artists within the UK. Starting off his musical career with North London based crew GFam, who he still continues to do plenty of tracks with, we were then introduced to Random Impulses's songwriting skills and musical instrument playing abilities.
After choosing certain mainstream songs the mc then puts his own spin on the track, with his guitar as one weapon and the mic as the other.
This time round he's chose to do a refix of the chart topping song 'Louder' by DJ Fresh. It's exciting to hear music like this as this is the first time we've heard someone take this sort of approach on mainstream music. The North London mc really does define the term of a 'one man band'.
Again we see the collaboration of UK grime veteran producer Dexplicit and GFam, this time including all of the GFam members Dimples,Sicx,Styler & Random Impulse and a feature on the hook from Luton based artist Igniter. The track entitled 'Never Stalling' is a certified banger, with every mc destroying the heavy Dexplicit production and Igniter delivering the head-nodding hook that really brings this track together.

DJ Scope has been busy filming the 'Catch A Moesh' series again. Last week we saw Rival and Jammin going in over G Tank's productions and this week were treated to two video's again, this time with GFam members Dimples & Styler and North London mc Avalanch.
You can't deny that GFam have been putting in the work this year, with releases from Styler,Dimples and Random Impulse and a brand new radio slot on Deja Vu FM on Monday nights. They also featured on Z Dots 'Gangsters' EP and on top of all that are even talking about releasing a 'Best Of GFam' cd soon as well.
